About Me
Who I Help
I work with ambitious, hard-working women who are starting to feel the cracks—constant tiredness, creeping health issues, and the weight of a work-life rhythm that just isn’t sustainable. My clients want to feel better without throwing away the careers they’ve worked hard for.
What I Do
I help women redesign their relationship with work so they can protect their health, regain their energy, and create more balance—without quitting their jobs. Together, we make practical, sustainable changes that align with their values and restore their well-being.
Why I Do It
I know what it’s like to push through stress until your body starts to shut down. After my own wake-up call, I learned how to rebuild my work-life patterns in a way that supports my health and happiness. Now, I help other women do the same—before they hit rock bottom.
My Philosophy
Success is not worth sacrificing your health, peace, or relationships. The most powerful changes are often the smallest ones, repeated over time. You don’t have to choose between a fulfilling career and a life that feels good—you can have both.
My Values
Authenticity
I believe in living and working in a way that reflects who I truly am—and helping my clients do the same.
Well-Being
Your health—mental, physical, and emotional—is the foundation for everything else. I design my coaching around protecting and strengthening it.
Sustainable Success
I help clients create work and life rhythms they can maintain long-term—no quick fixes, no burnout cycles.

My Story
A few years ago, I found myself completely burned out—exhausted, anxious, physically sick—and wondering how I could “have everything I wanted” and still feel so unhappy. I saw therapists, acupuncturists, ran labs, read every self-help book… and spent nearly $10,000 trying to fix what felt broken.
None of the supplements or specialists worked because I was solving the wrong problem. I didn’t need another test—I needed to stop gaslighting the root causes and finally take my own needs seriously. At the heart of it, I didn’t need to leave my job. I needed to change the way I related to it.
I had to completely rethink how I worked, how I rested, and what I believed I had to sacrifice in order to be “successful.” That wake-up call led me to coaching. I trained through Martha Beck’s Wayfinder Coaching program, grounded in tools for deep personal transformation. Since then, I’ve studied behavior change, nervous system regulation, and values-based decision making—and used those tools not just to rebuild my own life, but to create a coaching method that helps other women do the same.
I’m not here to coach you to quit your job or blow up your life. I’m here to help you prevent stress-induced health issues by redesigning how you work and live—before your body forces the issue. My approach meets you where you are and moves you toward more energy, clarity, and joy—while keeping your career and income intact.
Because success shouldn’t come at the cost of your health, your peace, or your relationships.
